This steamship was built in 1952 and was named “hakön jarl” it was used as a post boat at the coasts of norway. Almost five years ago the ship moved from oslo to antwerpen and began a newish life as hotel – restaurant. After a complete renovation in 1997 and redecoration 'hotel diamond princess' opened its doors. Antwerp has got a newish diamond!
